TERMS OF SERVICE - ORIGIN BARTENDERS ACADEMY
1. PARTIES
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Origin Bartenders Academy ("we," "us," or "the Company"), a company registered in Sweden, and you ("Student" or "User").
2. SERVICES
The Company provides online bartending courses and certification ("Services") through our platform.
3. REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY
By registering for our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legal agreements under Swedish law.
4. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
4.1 Payment must be made in full before accessing course materials.
4.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase if you have not started the course.
4.3 NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER COURSE COMPLETION OR CERTIFICATION.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
5.2 You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only.
5.3 You will not share, copy, or distribute course materials without written permission.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials, content, and certifications are the exclusive property of Origin Bartenders Academy and are protected by Swedish intellectual property laws.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 The Company provides training only and assumes no liability for Student actions after certification.
7.2 Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course.
8. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or, if necessary, through the Swedish courts.
11. ACCEPTANCE
By registering for our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
